All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any products or services purchased. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item so we can review the issue. If we determine that an error occurred on our part, we will, at our discretion, either issue a full refund or provide a prepaid return shipping label so the incorrect item can be sent back. Once the incorrect item is returned, we will ship the correct item to you at no additional cost.

If our inspection determines that the item matches the order that was shipped and the item was not damaged due to an error on our part, the purchase will be considered final. In these cases, no refund, replacement, or return shipping will be provided.
