Forgotten Realms #23 (titled "Unreal Estate!") is an issue from the classic 1989 DC Comics Dungeons & Dragons series. The story focuses on the fallen paladin Priam Agrivar, whose soul and life are threatened when he is caught up in a dangerous supernatural bargain.
