JLA #107 (published Dec. 2004 by DC Comics) is the first part of the "Syndicate Rules" storyline written by Kurt Busiek with art by Ron Garney. The story acts as a sequel to JLA: Earth-2, featuring the return of the evil Crime Syndicate (Ultraman, Superwoman, Owlman, Johnny Quick, Power Ring) from the Antimatter Universe to challenge the Justice League.
