Rift has merged Dakota City and Metropolis in a single city, meanwhile the weapon to defeat Rift, made by Alva, is too heavy to be carried by Steel and Hardware, so they go and ask for Icon and Superman's help to carry it while all the other heroes are distracting Rift.
