Hoping to clear Mope's name, Superman arrives with his friend at an abandoned city floating in space. Soon, traps spring all around them, and they are assaulted by H'Tros warriors. The Cyborg Superman is behind the attack, but his plans turn against him when the city explodes. Superman, unable to willingly let another being die, rescues the Cyborg Superman at the last instant, dooming himself - and Mope - to be returned to the Tribunal for sentencing.
